Download & Install Agent
Communicate to your organization that each employee downloads the WAY Import Agent.
Currently the agent is only available on Mac (soon also on Windows)
Select company hardware
Each employee can select from a list of connected devices which hardware should be imported.
All currently and previously connected hardware will be shown to the employee to select from. Only selected hardware will be transferred and processed on your companies inventory - so your employees private hardware stays private to them.
Final review by WAY admins
Before imported devices are available on the WAY user profile, each WAY admin can review the recent updates that the employee has placed. This way you keep your inventory list free of duplicates or accidentally synced device information.
